7.2 WHEN TO SEEK COUNSELING FOR AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP

Read the previous two descriptions (press previous twice) of when to stay and when to leave. Somewhere in the middle, you should seek counseling. Before you go into counseling, it really helps if you can clarify your problems. Try to be fair, to give specific examples, to not always assume that you are right. The more instances you can cite and the clearer your thoughts are, the better and more effective the counseling will be.
